Networking and Information Programme Track

The Networking and Information Programme primarily focuses on the work of ZANEC to enhance the Networking and Communications functions and its members including answering queries, providing information, devising regular communication activities, and maintaining membership records. it leads the Membership development function of the ZANEC Secretariat. Designs plans and initiate the delivery of continuous capacity enhancement strategies and activities of member organisations and Provincial Focal Point organisations and persons. Facilitates and leads the development of the ZANEC learning agenda, capacity development tools, and materials that can be utilized by member organisations and other CSOs in the sector. Mainly is responsible to:

• Facilitate implementation of the organizational communication strategy
• Facilitate membership and partnership development
• Facilitate and support education subsector platform meetings
• Facilitate best practice models and information sharing among and between member organisations.
