Governance and Organizational Strengthening (GOS) Programme Track

This programme seeks to strengthen the operational and governance systems of the Coalition in order to consolidate its position as a pace setter in education advocacy. In 2017, the main focus of the programme track will be on facilitating the operations of the Coalition based on the Revised Constitution as at 4^th November 2016, entrenching the use of the new ZANEC logo and facilitating governance oversight and the implementation of the Secretariat Staff capacity Enhancement Plan. In addition, 2017 is the year for convening the ZANEC General Assembly.
